DEA Schedule Change?

Following a festive 420 Holiday, our DOJ has indeed followed FDA suggestions and are moving forward with the intent to change Cannabis from a schedule 1 controlled substance to schedule 3. The industry is still unwinding the short and long term implications to an already volatile climate.

Are you fucking kidding me? Basically an admission that the last 50 years has been about control, restricting access to natural resources, while peddling chemical/petro-based solutions that line wallets of chumps in charge. Not doing a history lesson with this rant, but whether you realize it or not… the first Ford Model T had hemp components, even the ancient Egyptians left evidence of hemp use.

By now you may realize the war is not over, the game has simply changed and boundaries are being redrawn. In my eyes, justice comes with de-scheduling and not just de-criminalizing while LEO hides behind subjective enforcement. Let’s open our eyes and mind to innovation, with Green, Sustainable and Renewable solutions and quit putting make-up on this pig.

So there is UPSIDE!! Finally, our scientist/researchers can operate in a less restrictive arena and can unravel all of the medical benefits found in Cannabis. Most people know about the THC effects, but the many entourage cannabinoids, flavanoids and terepins all carry benefits to the human endocannabinoid system…. yup, similar to the nervous system that everyone has.

We will see in the coming months how the DEA/FDA moves forward, along with the FarmBill revisions expected in Sept. What really sucks is being a legitimate business swamped with red tape and restrictions, enforced by cowardly sheep as ordered by the demented control freaks.

Thats enough for now, back to the Gardens. Everyone looking good at this point, all females aboard and moving forward as expected. Restocking should be a little less then 90-days at this point, and we should be setup with some continuing harvest through the end of the year.
