Keep on reading and you will learn a little more of what we do here in the Gardens and grow updates.

Just Vibin’ on the Road.

Catch us at the 3rd Texas Cannabis Round-up on Thursday, Aug. 1 in Dallas, TX. Don’t laugh, we are still very much in our infancy in Texas with Hemp/Cannabis, but will ultimately have the biggest market of any state once we get rolling. These start up industry events is where passionate like minded individuals come together to flex our accomplishments, share our ideas and create a vision for the future of this growing industry.

We’ve covered lights, temperature and humidity on top of strain selection and benefits. Now we could go into a full 455 page novel on medium selection. Thats right, there are so many “winning” combinations shared by backroom scientist everywhere. My advise, learn what works for you, your environment and goals. That means some time, efforts and trial and tribulation reproducing others methods until you have found and mastered your go-to. So concerning grow mediums, you basically have 3 working choices to work with. A soil concoction is probably most common, while a more masterful cultivator would choose coco-coir or hydroponics. No need to ask what the go-to is at GreenVibe Gardens, although I proudly started growing in soil and grew through the ranks. So any old potting soil will work, hemp is a weed remember. For better results, using a pre-made soil from Fox Farm cut 3:1 with vermiculite generally produces some favorable results, provided you properly manage irrigation.

Just about halfway through the summer crop and will be doing regulatory processing over the next 2 weeks. This will give us assurance we are in compliance with state and federal guidelines regarding THC content. Or it could mean the end of the summer crop, as failed compliance tests result in crop destruction. One of the reasons farming hemp is so risky, imagine spending 2 months nurturing plants that have to be destroyed. It sucks, so we are not going to go there.

3 weeks flowering Skywaker OG strain.

Reminder, don’t be a punk and be sure to check out the store offerings. We have a small amount of the Spring crop cured and available, which could give you a chance to sample the real good good. Contact Us for more info, Follow and Like us on FB and IG.
